Five questions. Two minutes. One score.
How to use this: Rate each question on a scale of 1–5. 1 = Not even close. 5 = Yes, that’s us.
1. Vision – Do you know what success looks like well enough to say “no” to what doesn’t fit?
2. Targeting – Do you know who your customer really is, not just who you wish it were?
3. Value – Do you know why customers choose you, in plain English that doesn’t sound like everyone else?
4. Resources – Do you have what you need to deliver on your strategy? Money. People. Systems.
5. Actions – Do you have a clear set of actions you take, not just review?

What your score means:
· 22–25: Strategic clarity. Protect it. Say no more.
· 18–21: Good, not great. Drift starts with “good enough.”
· 12–17: Drift has begun. You feel something is off.
· Below 12: Emergency. Hope is not a strategy.
