A few months back, I don’t remember when exactly, I was joking on Twitter with Colin Lewis that I was going to start a strategy podcast called Below Average Intelligence.
Then I said I would only do it if he promised to be the first guest.
He said, “Yes, but that you need to change the name to Above Average Intelligence instead.”
During the pandemic, I’ve been thinking about the core ideas that have always driven my business, even when I didn’t expressly share them like:
Helping folks become better at strategy and revenue generation because I knew that that was the key to success and stability.
How can folks reimagine and relaunch their businesses coming out of the pandemic.
Creating opportunities to show folks how to create change, take action, and persist when things get tough.
This newsletter and the podcast will cover that.
We will talk about strategy in a context that you can better see the big picture problems to solve, frameworks that you can build to be successful, and actions that you can take to propel you forward.
While the pandemic is likely an accelerant to many changes that were going to be coming anyway, certain things are likely to remain the same including the need to understand the value you and your business bring to the market, a need to focus on your customer, and the absolute necessity to take action consistently.
